I do not file insurance, but I can give you a superbill with the correct documentation so that you can file a claim with your insurance company.

You do not need a referral for speech therapy. Depending on your reason for speech therapy, it may be helpful for me to see some of your medical records so that I have the full picture as I develop your treatment plan. I will let you know what I need once we set up your first appointment.

I do not diagnose vocal pathology, but I can evaluate and document symptoms. If you have not seen a doctor and you exhibit possible symptoms of a voice pathology, I will recommend you be evaluated by a doctor.

Yes. It’s never too late! Whether you never had speech therapy after your stroke, or you attended speech therapy, got burnt out, and now want to try it again, I can help you.

When conducting speech therapy, I prefer to work with adults, adolescents, and teens. I do, however, feel quite comfortable working with kids as a voice/music teacher.

Yes. I can offer training and education, compensatory strategies, diet modification recommendations, strategies and tips for the caregiver, etc.

Yes. I can offer training and education in swallowing and GERD strategies, I can offer swallow strengthening, breathing and movement techniques to alleviate symptoms.
